A Little Bit About Flowers

While we love a client to come prepared with inspiration and images of flowers you love, you must also come prepared to be a little bit flexible. Many blog and Pinterest images are styled shoots with unlimited budgets, using flowers that may or may not be in season at the time of your event.

The flower industry is, of course, dependent on weather, season and availability. We strive to use local, seasonal flowers suited to your color palette. And while off-season flowers can be imported, they will come with a higher price.

Additionally, remember that even in season, high end flowers, such as dahlias, ranunculus, and peonies, can still cost quite a bit more than economical flowers like standard roses, stock, and spider mums.

Because of these factors, it's important first, to establish what you're comfortable spending. Then our goal is to give you a floral design that fits your style, and budget with the best product options available!
